51 Faculty Performance Review Documents
All faculty members (contract or regular) are probationary for the first two years of full-time equivalent (FTE) employment and are evaluated according to the Probationary Faculty Performance Review process. There are four components to this process: student input, peer reviewer input, self input, and Dean’s input. Consult the HR SharePoint page for documentation. The process is outlined in the “Probationary Faculty Performance Review Process” document. Your Dean’s Office will contact you when it is time to begin the process.
