Watch this video entitled “Create an Online Community” to familiarize yourself with elements of building an online community.


TEACHING INTENTIONS:

As a teacher, it is sound practice to “use a range of media and tools to address the range of user preferences and learning styles” (Baehr, 2012, p. 181). Further, video has the ability to “show the relationship between concrete examples and abstract principles” (Tony Bates, 2015).
