1 Building Community Module

The FLOf 2019 course was facilitated using a combination of the online teaching methods that were geared to the student learning experience by providing opportunities for collaboration among the cohort participants and constructive collegial exchanges, engagement with content, the facilitators and peers, development of facilitation elements in individual online courses, the provision of feedback and reflection on personal work and cohort contributions.
