Module 2: Working with the Online Learner

This module will answer some of the questions that might arise when you consider the work and interactions with your online learners:

 

  • Who do you invite into your online learning environment and who do you exclude through the design, content and interactions?
  • How can an instructor energize a learning environment and empower learners to adopt responsibility for their own learning?
  • How can this be done without verbal or physical communication cues in an environment where it is easy to hide from the instructor and peers?
