PURPOSE OF THE TASK: Through this task you will learn about your peers and contribute to building an online community.
TECHNOLOGY: You will use the Flipgrid platform to share your story with your peers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Everyone has a story. What’s yours? Use this Flipgrid link to share an online teaching experience that has helped to positively transform your teaching. If you are just starting your online teaching career, please share an experience in which a teacher has helped to transform your learning experience.
Note: You will need to download Adobe Flash for Flipgrid to work.
Step 2: Watch your peers’ videos and comment on at least two of your peers’ posts. When you comment on your peers’ post, you will record your comment in video format.

“Digital storytelling can foster collaboration in class and cultivate community that affords true dialogue about complex issues” (Smalkoski, Buturian, & Spicer 2017, n.p.).
