Module 3: Ability to Express Feelings Productively (EI)

“Research shows that by accepting our emotions, we can help improve team communication and foster a healthy workplace environment” (Muller, 2019, para. 1)

Module Introduction

This module will talk about Emotional Intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is “the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions (Cherry, 2020, para. 1).

 

 

Learning Objective

By the end of this module you should understand the importance of EI and how to express feelings productively.
