19 Using Academic Search Complete

The Library subscribes to more than 200 databases. Some of these are subject specific, and some are multi-disciplinary. Over time you will learn to use those databases most relevant to your field of study, but a good place to explore how you can search with more precision for academic and peer reviewed articles, is with a large database such as Academic Search Complete. You will be searching the contents of over 6,000 journal titles, and using the powerful tools within the database to refine your results.
