Chapter 7 – Conclusions & Recommendations
This chapter provides the program review team with the opportunity to present key conclusions and recommendations from the self-study portion of the program review process. The contents of this chapter will be used to carry out an external review and then develop a quality assurance plan.
NOTE: There are notes provided in certain self- study guide chapters requesting the program review team to comment on specifics pertaining to those chapter conclusions and recommendations. Remember to include responses to those comments below.
7.1. Summary of Conclusions
Summarize the main conclusions drawn from the evidence gathered in the program review. This should include both the strengths of the program, and areas needing improvement.
7.2. List of Recommendations
Provide a complete list of the recommendations resulting from the self-study of your program. Categorize the recommendations as follows:

- Short-term (less than six months),
- Medium-term (six months to two years) and
- Longer-term (over two years).
