Chapter 6 – External Survey Results
This chapter will allow the program review team to reflect on key findings of external surveys.
The Quality Assurance team at OPA will provide the program review team with the results of the student, faculty, alumni and industry/discipline surveys (see survey guide #3). Complete the following sections using the survey results.
6.1. Student Survey
Provide a summary of the key highlights from the survey findings. Were there any findings that surprised the team or confirmed a hunch the team already had? Make notes as to which findings need to be addressed in the conclusions and recommendations sections of the self-study report.
The program review team is further encouraged to use findings of this survey to support other chapters of the self-study report.
6.2. Faculty Survey
Provide a summary of the key highlights from the survey findings. Were there any findings that surprised the team or confirmed a hunch the team already had? Make notes as to which findings need to be addressed in the conclusions and recommendations sections of the self-study report.
