2 Using a Rubric
In this activity, you will review two result sections (A & B). Read both sections, then assign each sample a grade using the grading rubric provided.
A rubric provides detailed information about how your instructor will grade your writing. Using the rubric along with the assignment guidelines will help you understand the scope of the assignment and what is expected. In these exercises you will use a rubric to evaluate examples of effective and ineffective results sections.
