1. First, analyze your current situation about total work and study hours. Then make a weekly schedule. Making a good weekly schedule would allow you to effectively manage your time.
• Tips to make a Good Schedule:
-Write everything down on paper as it is better than keeping things in ‘mind’.
-Focus on the priorities and have extra time for them.
-If you have flexible study hours then schedule them in a way that gives you the best outcome and do the same if you have flexible work hours.
-Make the schedule clear and easy to understand. Write how much time you expect to finish your activities and plan for the unexpected.

2. Put the Schedule somewhere it is visible to you every day and follow the schedule!
• You should follow the schedule for the week to achieve your goals. It is obvious that we cannot follow it 100% but try doing things as you schedule them. -If you miss something important that you planned to do, reschedule it as early as possible. It would prevent any possible harm from being done.
3. While following the schedule use time wisely!
• Using your time wisely is a great way to get more things done in less time.
-For example, if you use transit to work you can use that time towards revising your study material, doing research for an assignment, watching educational videos, and writing emails to a professor.

3.Always put more focus on important things and what matters the most to you.

Why is managing time for other activities important?
-It is always important because by managing free time properly you would be able to make the most out of it.
* Working and studying from home has saved extra time such as transportation time and that can also be used towards your ‘Me Time’. *
• Managing free time:
Make a list of two categories. One for must-do things and the other for things you might do if you have got extra time than you expected. You should have the following on your must do list:
-You should always devote some time to your health and do some exercise. A little exercise would keep your health good and keep you active throughout the day.
-You should take time to reflect on what you have been doing in the past and how can you do better. This will help you grow as a person.
-You should decide what other things you wish to do in your free time because it is your time, and you know better what you love to do and what you want to do.
