Understanding Interculturality: Models of Intercultural Development
Welcome to the journey of intercultural development. This section of the text focuses on personal intercultural development; that is, our own personal growth, both in self-awareness and in understanding others, so that we can engage well with those who are different from us. This process is challenging, complex, and rewarding.
