Mental Health Condition means keeping our minds clutter-free. It is one of the problems which is widely common. It includes depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorder, and addictive behavior. People are more focused on keeping their bodies healthy. They do not give importance to what is on their mind. But they both are equally important for better results.

The person is stable only when he is emotionally fit. They can easily live their life with ease. It indicates that the mental state of a person is positive or negative. Due to his state of mind, he can feel the external situation.

A person who fell victim to mental illness causes stress. The stress ultimately gives a reaction to an incident. There are many reasons behind mental illness. These are genetic factors, child abuse, trauma, biochemical imbalance, poor physical health condition, social disadvantage, loneliness, etc. Though it is curable, many people are unaware that they are undergoing such illness.

“Positive mental health and well beings enable one to function well, have a meaningful social connection, have positive self-esteem and be better able to cope with life’s ups and downs”(think,2017)

There are a number of steps that we should follow to check their mental health. These are like:

One should think positively about the situation.
Declutter the home(Walton,2020)
One should write down the journal to clutter negative things out of their mind. (MHA,2021)
They should talk to their loved ones regularly to keep themselves feeling loved. (MHA,2021)
In the morning, one should add exercise to their routine. This exercise includes things like morning walks, yoga, and meditation. (Walton,2020)
Have a regular routine(Walton,2020)
Morning walk is the best medicine to heal the mind.
Besides this, it is important to have proper sleep and a nutritious diet(MHA,2021)
Whenever you feel disturbs, listen to soft music to entertain yourself.
Give yourself treats to celebrate your small achievements.
Add Omega-3 fatty acids to the diet. (MHA,2021)
At last, we need to seek help from experts if nothing helps so far.

It is important to take care of both physical and mental health. Mental health has a direct impact on physical health. So it becomes of utmost importance for us to think positively and clear our minds.
