How to make Indian Cuisine (Kadai paneer)
What is kadai paneer:
Kadai paneer is the flavorful, spicy, and super delicious Indian dish that contains bell pepper and paneer in spice powder. This dish is different from all other paneer dish that contains gravy as this dish does not contain gravy rather it contains a kind of paste. It is one of the delicious dishes prepared in Indian kitchen.
Recipe:
- Cube 1 cup of Onions, Tomatoes and Capsicum. Now cut the paneer in big cubes.
- To make the masala we need 2 tablespoon of coriander seeds, 2-3 deseeded red chilies, flannel seeds, and give them a blend in the bladder until they get grinded in a powder form.
- Now heat the oil in a pan and then add Onions along with 6 -7 cashews(optional). Fry the onions until they turn light golden.
- Now add the cubed tomatoes and fry until tomatoes get soft.
- Now after the mixture get fried. Make the mixture rest to come at room temperature. When the mixture came at room temperature bend it in the blender to make a paste.
- Now, take another pan and add some oil. When the oil gets heated add capsicum and stir them for couple of minutes. Now add the paste we make in the previous step.
- Add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste. After the mixture get fried for couple of minutes add the masala we made earlier. Mix the masala well so that it gets mixed evenly.
- At the last add the cubes of the paneer and let it cook for % minutes at the medium flame.
- Kadai paneer is ready. Garnish it with ginger juliennes and chopped coriander. Rest the paneer for 10-15 minutes to enhance the taste.
