How to make a healthy breakfast

Materials required:

A frypan, a tea pot, coffee, milk, sugar, a spatula, a little bit of any oil, eggs and some vegetables of your choice, a beater or fork.

Step 1: For a making a healthy breakfast, we need eggs, and coffee.

Step 2: Starting from a very simple coffee, we need a pot with half cup of water placed on the high heat, followed two teaspoons of sugar, half teaspoon of coffee and milk.

Note: you can use the amount of sugar, coffee, and milk according to your taste, how much you would like your coffee to be.

Step 3: Get a water to a boil and then put coffee, sugar, and milk according to taste, and bring it to a boil again, and put it on a very low flame for a small boil and get the pan off from heat after 5 mins.

Step 4: Stepping forward to making eggs, we need two raw eggs, some vegetables like onion, tomato, and bell peppers.

Step 5: Chop your veggies, and beat your two eggs using beater, you can also use fork to beat the eggs if you do not have an eggs beater.

 Step 6: Then, put a pan on the medium heat, then put one tablespoon of oil in the pan, followed by your veggies and a pinch of salt, pepper along with your veggies, sauté it till the veggies change their colour to light brown, then put the eggs in the pan. Stir it well and cook it until the eggs is cooked. Your egg is ready. Your healthy breakfast is ready to eat, enjoy and stay healthy.
