13 How to Make a Chicken Wrap – Mankirat
During this pandemic me and my family we are trying to make healthy food at home and avoid eating outside. Also I work in A&W restaurant and I love to cook and eat food that was made by me. In this assignment I am going to share the instruction hoe to make healthy and tasty chicken wrap it will definitely fulfill your hunger.
Utensils
- large bowl
- 1 measuring cup
- 1 sauce pan
- grill
- whisking spoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups of white flour
- Chicken 200 gm
- Seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Cajun
- Olive oil
- Favorite vegies like cucumbers, onions, lettuce etc
- Sauce
- Mayo
- Chipotle
- Sriracha
- Ranch
Frist we make wraps
1)in the large bowl add 2 cups of white flour
2)add 2 tablespoon olive oil in it
3)knead the dough with lukewarm as required
4) make sure that dough must be fluffy and soft
5)cover the bowl with plate
6) leave it for 2 hrs
7) heat the pan and take out the small ball of the dough
8)with the help of rolling pin make a round circle (flat and thin)
9)after that put this in the hot pan and cook the both sides of it
Lets make the filling
- Marinate the chicken with salt pepper and Cajun seasoning
- Cook the chicken in oven at 450 degree pre heated oven and for 15 – 20 mins until its fully cooked
- Cut the chicken and veggies into bite size so that it can easily fits in the wrap
Now its time to make wraps
- On the cooked wrap evenly apply the mayo to enhance the taste
- Add the filling like chicken and veggies also u can add guacamole
- Add the sauces chipotle and siracha
- Now it’s a very important step is to fold the wrap take the one end and using ur fingers push the filling inside so it wont spill out
- When it is fully wrapped place the wrap in the grill
- We did that just to put marks on it
- Also to make it look attractive
- Enjoy the wrap
