Then do some meditation to keep your worries at bay.

3. Physical Exercise:

Then, play your favorite playlist and do some physical exercise or you may even dance for 20 minutes.

Eat a healthy breakfast. You may include the food that elevates your mood. For Example: carbohydrates present in vegetables and beans release serotonin which is a feel good hormone, so you can have the vegetables in your breakfast.

5. Grateful:

Always spend 10 to 15 minutes of your day being grateful for whatever you have.

6. Compliment others:

While on work or on your way, give compliments to strangers. This will not only bring a smile to their face but will elevate your mood as well.

7. Hang-out:

Go and meet your friends in the evening either in a park or at a coffee shop.

8. Family Time:

Have your dinner with your family members and discuss your day with each other.

9. Digital detoxification:

Spend the last one hour of your day without using any mobile phone or laptop.

10. Sleep:

Have a peaceful 8 to 10 hours sleep.
