Here, I am going to discuss some points that will help us to live happy life and overcome stress:
- Wake up early in the morning- Get up early in the morning is good for physical and mental health because we feel fresher and more energetic when we get up early.
- Make time table for daily routine- By making and following time table for our daily task, we can do all works on proper time. Due to this, we can get some time to utilize on leisure activities and spent with love ones.
- Meditation- Meditation is excellent way to cleansing our mind from negative and stressing thoughts. After meditation we will feel refresh and think positive thoughts.
for example- mindfulness meditation is best type of meditation which will best for reduce stress.
- Avoid more use of gadgets of electronic devices- Try to less use of electronic devices such as mobile phone, laptops and television because these type gadgets transmit radiation which harmful for our both physically and mentally health.
- Exercise- Exercise helps to relax our body and mind because regular exercise can help to reduce stress, feelings of anxiety while boosting self-esteem and happiness.
Type of exercise that are best for overcome stress-
- Brisk walking
- Jogging or running
- Swimming
- Cycling
- Dancing
