7 Instructions for Staying Positive and Happy – Suhkjeet

Instructions of staying happy and positive in life.

  • Count and be thankful for your blessings- A person should be very thankful to God for what he has in his life because there are a lot of people who have nothing in their life even the necessary things to fulfill their basic needs. This is called Gratitude (Byrne, 2012, p. 29) which means being thankful. This results in happiness and God love such kind of people and he blesses them with more.
  • Build healthy relationships with the right people – As we all know quality matters more than quantity. I think that a person should make healthy relationships with those people who make them happier as well motivate them to achieve heights in their life. This improves mental and emotional health and leads them to live a life full of happiness.
  • Have a good sleep – A person should spend 1 quarter of life sleeping or we can say an average of 6 hours of sleep is mandatory for an adult, this varies from children to old people. Sleep cures every tissue and muscle. If a person has proper sleep his productivity of doing tasks increases as well, he will be energetic. Being energetic and productive makes a man happy, as result happiness leads to positivity.

Good sleep

  • Exercise daily – A person needs to do exercise early in the mornings. If possible, with the whole family as it not just helps them to interact with their family members but also helps them to freshens themselves. Most people consider that doing exercise is a kind of stress reliever and improves your health, as we all know health is wealth and wealth is happiness.

Exercise

  • Plan Ahead– Failing to plan is planning to fail. Nowadays, children usually procrastinate as they have a hectic schedule as they have lots of work as well as need to focus on studies, which leads them to have a stressful life. Consequently, makes them unhappy anxious in their life.

Consequently, I will say that everyone should plan their day ahead that will make them more organized and will have to make a deadline for each task. For example- I will do cooking at 9 o’ clock for half hour, I will start studying at 10, after studying I will play games for 40 minutes.
