1 How To Be Patient – Gagandeep

For my instructions what I am going to do is I will write some activities that my audience can do in their daily schedule, and they are as follows:

  • Drinking water is the best therapy to be Patient so, the first thing you need to do is to drink as much water you can drink in a day.

  • Give yourself a break in a day if you feel overwhelmed. Take deep breathes and close your eyes for a moment.
  • A person needs to be mentally fit if he or she wants to be patient. As result, to improve your mental health you need to do yoga exercises such as Tadasana, Kapalbhati, etcetera.

  • From your busy schedule, spend some hours viewing nature and greenery. It makes you feel refreshed and happy.
  • Reading helps us to achieve a greater sense of patience so just choose any novels, storybooks, articles, newspapers etcetera according to your interest and try to read it whenever you find a leisure time.

  • Sleep at least eight hours a day because it makes you energetic and helps you to get relief from the tiredness.
  • Try to communicate as much as you can with your society, friends, and family members because it helps to put positivity in your mind.
  • Try to Test your patience after every month because doing this way will help you to see how much you are improving and it will also help you to be motivated to do all these things regularly.
