5 Prepare information for transfer to an ePortfolio
You have probably already noticed that one of the assignments in each of your HRMT courses is to create an ePortfolio. What is the relationship between notetaking, reflection, gathering information in your online notebook, and eventually completing a successful ePortfolio.
Your Employment Law ePortfolio requires:
- Topic/knowledge capture
- A tool kit
- Personal reflection
If you choose to follow the suggestions provided so far in this workshop, you will have developed an online notebook that already includes much of the content for your ePortfolio. For example:
-A well-written summary after each week’s notes will provide much of the source material for your knowledge capture.
-You can add relevant resources to your notebook as you study each week’s topic; these can be copied to your ePortfolio.
-If you have taken the time to reflect throughout the course, you will already have source material that demonstrates your careful thought and application on course material.
