Instructors at KPU, who often have the most direct impact on students, are encouraged to incorporate anti-racism into their pedagogy. This aligns with KPU’s commitment to providing an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students. This tool kit focuses on crucial areas associated with the implementation of anti-racist pedagogy by instructors. By concentrating on distinct elements of an instructor’s duties and practices, this tool kit also offers links to supplementary resources that could assist instructors in enhancing their anti-racist pedagogy.
